OPERATION TOOFAN 2.0

With the joint efforts of the Local Self-Government Department, Police Department, and Excise Department Operation Thufan 2.0 was launched at Edayur Grama Panchayat with the objective of ensuring a safe future and building a drug-free society. On 28/09/2026 at 10:00 AM, at the Edayur Grama Panchayat Office, Smt. Indira K. P., President of Edayur Grama Panchayat, hoisted the Thufan flag. This was followed by an anti-drug pledge and the distribution of Thufan Warrior badges. Civil Police Officer Dhanaj conducted an awareness session as part of the programme. All elected representatives, employees, and social workers participated in the event.
